Fresh estate find! This interesting old letterhead letter belonged to Arthur Batcheller. Arthur was an early pioneer in the radio industry. He served as Secretary of Commerce under President Hoover. The letterhead is pasted to a page from an album of his. It is a letter of congratulations on his being appointed to the United States Radio Commission.
