First Class Cabin table / ss Statendarm / ss Rotterdam ca. 1959

Stylish Mid-Century Modern cocktail / side table from ss Statendam, ca. 1957. Identical to tables made for ss Rotterdam of 1959. Made of SOLID sycamore, with creme melamine inset top, brass rail, chrome base rim/column base. Column is tapered with grooved vertical details. Wood rim has horizontal grooves encircling the rim. Table is in great condition for its age, and has had no restoration or refinishing. Wear commiserate with age/use on board an ocean liner.  Metal areas have some scratches and nicks, nothing major. Table measures 25 3/4" diameter x 23 1/4" height. Table is extremely heavy because of solid wood construction / weighted base. The top is screwed into column top plate. I will ship the tabletop and base in two separate boxes for economy of shipping expense/weight. NO INTERNATIONAL SALES / SHIPMENTS, without exceptions please. Thank you.
