Vintage Coca Cola Electric Wall Clock Sign

Vintage Coca Cola Electric Wall Clock Sign. Condition is "Used". Date on the back says January 1984. Labeled as indoor electric sign. Measures about 20 inches long, 13 inches across, and 4.5 inches wide including the underside. Does have some scratches on the plastic, some marker on the back, and some sticker residue that I tried to remove as best I could without further scratching the plastic.
Light does not work, so bulbs may need to be replaced but I know nothing about clocks. The seconds hand moves like normal so I believe the clock part keeps time but it is so old I’m not sure.
