    Description

    One original world war one british fighting knife or trench knife, marked No.6 on handle and blade, blade is marked SHEFFIELD STEEL on left near haft, and NO.6 SHEDDIELD STEEL on left where blade meets guard, left side of tang has two Iron Cross marks, dont know if that is factory,or the owner had two kills, blade has crossguard that folds when knife is folded for carrying, wood handles are good, brass fittings are good,lock works well, blade is 7 1/2 inches, handle is 4 3/4 inches, 12 inches total when extended.overall good condition, interesting piece of WW1 history. ,see my other listings for more british enfield rifle No. 4 Mk.1 or 2,and WW1 No.1 Mk.III parts and accessories
