    Description

    A real hero. Ahead of the 158th RCT and as he points out they were never given a patch to give the men. Over three years .... He won two purple hearts and faced some of the toughest fighting in the war in New Guinea. He is a legend to this day. This includes two fractional notes he included with his letter.
    Letter is attached to the backing by two small piece of tape.
