    Description

    British Pattern 1897 infantry officer sword in the original leather scabbard. The straight blade is bright, retains some original etchings but appear to be re-plated at some point. Plated steel hilt features the George VI royal cypher on the guard. Fishskin covered wooden grip has mostly tight wire wrap and no damage. Good condition overall.
